AB Tax-Aware Credit Opportunities Fund

AB Tax-Aware Credit Opportunities Fund seeks a high level of after-tax total return through income and capital appreciation. The fund invests primarily in credit investments rated below AA-, including tax-exempt municipal securities, taxable municipal securities, and other taxable credit investments. It may also invest in corporate debt, mortgage-backed securities, asset-backed securities, loans, preferred equity, and derivatives. The fund emphasizes high-yield municipal credit and directly sourced municipal transactions. The fund offers Class A Shares and Advisor Shares. Class A Shares have a $2,500 minimum initial investment and a $50 minimum subsequent investment. The prospectus does not specify a minimum investment for Advisor Shares.

SEI Carlyle Private Markets Fund

SEI Carlyle Private Markets Fund seeks income and long-term capital appreciation through investments across private equity, private credit, and real assets. Under normal market conditions, at least 60% of net assets will be invested in Carlyle-managed private market funds, with the remaining exposure coming primarily through SEI-managed funds and selected direct investments and co-investments. The fund offers a single share class, Class F, with a $1,000 minimum initial investment.

American Beacon Asset Based Income Fund

American Beacon Asset-Based Income Fund seeks high current income and attractive risk-adjusted returns. The fund invests primarily in asset-based income investments, including loans, asset-backed securities, CLOs, mortgage-related securities, structured notes, credit risk transfer securities, royalties, and other contractual cash-flow assets. It expects to gain much of this exposure through private funds and other underlying investment vehicles. The fund offers Class I Shares, Class S Shares, and Class U Shares.

Clearlake Private Markets Fund

Clearlake Private Markets Fund seeks long-term capital appreciation primarily through secondary investments in private equity funds and continuation vehicles. The fund focuses on privately negotiated secondary transactions and may invest up to 20% of assets in co-investments and up to 10% in primary commitments to private equity funds. It invests primarily in North America, with a secondary focus on Europe. The fund offers Class S Shares, Class A Shares, and Class I Shares. Minimum investment amounts are TBD.
